Data processing disclosures

At Labrys, we take your privacy very seriously. That's why we only choose partners that we believe will take good care of the data they process. To this moment, we collect very little data, to be able to send our subscribers occasional updates and to monitor the health and quality of our website.

Here you can find a list of Labrys’ current partners who might process your data, the kind of data they might process, and the purpose of such data processing:

Wix	Wix processes data related to Labrys Insights subscription and website hosting.	Wix processes data related to Labrys Insights subscription and website hosting. It has access to the subscriber's full name, email, IP address and activity on the Labrys website.
Fathom	Fathom handles our website statistics. It's a privacy-first alternative to Google Analytics.	We rely on Fathom for page analytics. It collects to all our visitors' IP address and activity on Labrys’ website so we can better understand how to improve our website usability and value. We can't access your IP or any identifiable information through Fathom, though.
Google Workspace	Google provides productivity apps, including e-mails.	We use Google Groups to route our customer support email (hello@labrys.one) and our data protection support email (privacy@labrys.one) to Outseta, so it has access to all subscribers’ emails they sent to our support email and our data protection support email.
Outseta	Outseta manages our newsletter and our customer support and data protection support emails (hello@labrys.one, privacy@labrys.one).	Outseta has access to Labrys Insights subscribers’ full name, email, and interactions on the newsletter email (open and clicks) so we can learn how to improve its usability and value. It also stores the information people send to hello@labrys.one and privacy@labrys.one.
